Business meetings

The European Space Weather Week is also the place to organize private Business Meetings. ESWW provides a room, projection material, lunch or coffee if needed. The organizers invite the participants and are asked to cover rental expenses of the room (estimate of 250 euro). A lunch (around 25 euro/person for all-in sandwichlunch) is optional. These Business Meetings will not appear in the published program.

Preferentially, business meetings don't overlap with the sessions and start from 13:00 onwards.

Requests can be sent to the local organiser
Rooms are allocated upon availability.
