Working Meeting - Harmonisation of SEP data calibrations

In 2014, a collaboration was started to compare and share methods and experiences in the field of inter- and cross-calibration of high energy particle measurements from space and ground based instruments. Working sessions were organised during the Boulder Space Weather Workshop and the European Space Weather Week in 2014. In addition, a proposal was submitted for an ISSI working group on the topic.

The working meeting during ESWW12 will continue the series of group meetings to follow up on action items from previous meetings, take stock of progress and discuss the way forward (which will to a certain extent depend on the outcome of the ISSI proposal). Short presentations (2-5 minutes) on ongoing and planned calibration efforts are invited, as well as on identification of key problem areas and possible solutions. Minutes of the meeting will be compiled and made available on the ESWW12 web site.
