This working meeting is the latest in the annual meetings of the Topical Working Group on "Space Weather Forecasting" coordinated under the ESA Space Weather Working Team. Participation from colleagues across the whole space-weather spectrum is encouraged in this informal and supportive forum that is designed to air the views and experience of forecasters and scientists alike, enabling open and fruitful discussions within the broader community.

We will not only review specific periods of heightened space weather activity that have taken place since ESWW12, but also unusual/unexplained events that deviated significantly from the forecasts that were issued.
