Registration Fees

Early registration (until Sunday 15th June 2014 included) fees for the workshop are of 300 euros (Later registration fees: 350 euros).

The registration includes: a welcome reception on Sunday 17th August evening, coffee breaks, the conference dinner on Wednesday 20th August evening, the lunches from monday to thursday as well as a shuttle service between the railway station and the conference site (on sunday afternoon and on friday morning).

Accompanying person fees are of 110 euros to be paid in cash on site ; those fees cover the shuttle service, the welcome reception, the conference dinner, and the lunches.

Until Friday 8th August 2014 we accept on-line payment for VISA/MasterCard and bank transfer via Ogone Payment Service. After that date, you will have to pay the registration fees in cash on site.

Financial support

Limited amount of funds are available to support students and early post-docs.
If you request financial support, please register and submit your abstract first (before 15 May 2014) and then send an email to sipworkshop@oma.be with subject: SIPVII - Financial support. Mention briefly your current research interests and your affiliation. In addition, please include a copy of the abstract you submitted.
