What do you get as a regular/diamond sponsor?

Online registration is closed after November 4. The payment by bank transfer must be received before November 11.
From November 4, only onsite registrations are possible.
Proof of student status can be emailed to the LOC . We will approve it asap, but can't garantuee it is done instantaneous. So, take care of the deadlines.

Note: we don't charge VAT.

Refunding policy for ESWW2019
* Before August 5, 2019, the registration fee will be refunded with the exception of an administrative fee of 20%.
* From August 6 until September 15, 2019: 50% refund of the registration fee.
* As from September 16, 2019: no refund possible. However, note that there is no extra fee if a delegate's registration is transferred to a colleague from the same organization.

REGISTRATION for the CSL visit

This is an activity exclusively for ESWW2019 participants. Registration is free but required, places are limited.
We gather at 18:30 in front of the conference site where a bus will leave at 18:45 sharp.
