The Kursaal offers a fast lunch service during lunch time. Participants can order and pay at the bar in the Erehal (coffee area).

The best ideas come while drinking a beer. 'Beer after work' follows after the fair.

Dinner
Thursday November 30, 19:30 - 22:00, Versluys Arena, Leopold Van Tyghemlaan 62, Ostend
The Versluys Arena is the home stadium of Ostend's soccer team, KV Oostende. The stadium was completely renewed in 2016.
We offer you Belgian food in buffet style.



We gather at 18:50 at the Kursaal (in front of the conference entrance) to board the shuttle busses that will takes us to the Versluys Arena. After the dinner, the busses will bring you back to the Kursaal. For those of you that want to make your own way to the dinner venue, count on a 45-minute walk. Tram service is very limited late in the evening.

Coffee & Tea
Poster area
Coffee and Tea will be distributed 2 times a day: in the morning and the afternoon in the erehal, i.e. poster area. When it comes to coffee and tea, absolute clarity is needed.
