Info for fair standholders

The standholder commits to staff the stand for the duration of the fair on Wednesday November 29, 17:00-18:30. A standholder can bring 2 non-ESWW14 participants.

The fair-fee is included in a full week ESWW14 registration: register for ESWW14. At this same page you find also the instructions to apply for a fair stand.

A stand includes
  • 2 poster boards (1 board is 75 cm wide, 2 m high),
  • a table for the screen when a screen is requested,
  • a table to put some stuff, choice between a standard table (normal height, 1m on 1.3m) or a cocktail table,
  • an electricity plug for your laptop/pc.
The sizes of the screens can differ. We will foresee the cables both for HMDI and VGA connections. If you are mac-user, please bring an adapter.
Note that we provide a screen, but no laptop or PC. It might be a good idea to secure your laptop.

Set up and break down

You will be able to set the booth up on Wednesday from 14:00 onwards. Immediately after the fair event, you can dismantle your booth.

Practicalities

Practicalities (online advertisement,, logistics, material, ...) will be arranged through private communication. Stands are allocated on a first come, first served basis.
