One solution is to collect anomaly information from different sources in order to improve statistical correlations with space weather. In this topical discussion meeting we will discuss the possibility of a community coordinated anomaly database and the stakeholder requirements including ways to obfuscate sensitive details such as location while still providing useful information. |
