Tuesday 6/11, 17:15-18:30
MTC 01.03

The ESA SSA Space Weather Network is being developed to provide timely and high quality services to the Space Weather user community. The Network centers around the SSA Space Weather Coordination Center, a dedicated data center and five Expert Service Centers (Solar Weather, Heliospheric Weather, Space Radiation, Ionospheric Weather and Geomagnetic conditions), which together provide the user with access to a wealth of state-of-the-art products, toolkits and expertise, in the frame of focused space weather services.

This year we are pleased to organise an innovative and interactive session to introduce the SWE Services in their current format. The training session will be given on how to use the SWE Portal (http://swe.ssa.esa.int) and Services with user interaction. The format of the session will be similar to a workshop and will offer a hands-on training experience with the Portal and the SWE Services. If you bring your laptop you will be able to utilize the Services during the session. A limited number of guest accounts will be provided for the session, but advance registration is recommended. All are welcome.

Do not hesitate to also join our two other sessions: "ESA SSA SPACE WEATHER SERVICE NETWORK: Case study of the September 2017 Space weather events" will bring us back for an interesting look at how the service network was used during the 2017 space weather events and "ESA SSA SPACE WEATHER SERVICE NETWORK: User Support Test Campaigns" will explain how tailored campaigns can be used to demonstrate the capabilities of the service network with bulletins tailored for YOUR specific mission needs!
