Special rates have been arranged at the RADISSON BLU ASTRID HOTEL (Conference Venue), Koningin Astridplein, 7 at 2018 Antwerp. Please make your reservation by sending an e-mail or fax to the hotel mentioning the code ESWW10.
Any request for room reservation must be accompanied by a contact phone number, a credit card number and expiry date in order to secure the room. The card will not be charged but only serves as a reservation guarantee. Delegates will have to pay their hotel room and personal expenses at the hotel. Rates include breakfast and services taxes.
