Splinter - Forecast ForumTrichtchenko, Larisa - Natural Resources Canada, CANADAThursday November 21st, 2013, 13:30-15:00 This is the splinter meeting of the newly organised space weather working team on space weather forecast. It is open splinter and will continue to have its name "Forecaster Forum". During this Forum we will define main structure of our work and also discuss the most challenging questions in the space weather forecast, from particular details of the solar events down to prediction of GIC in particular network or disruption of the signal of certain frequency on certain path.
