Printed Posters: where and when?
The printed posters are on during the whole week in the coffee/registration area.
How to hang your p-poster and the size of the poster boards?
The posters can be hang with velcro. The velcro needed to stitch the poster to the boards will be provided by the ESWW organisation.
The boards for the paper posters are 75cm wide and 2m high - so portrait, landscape is not possible.
There are no on-site printing facilities.
2h dedicated poster sessions
Two
2h dedicated poster sessions are organised in the coffee area, one on Tuesday and one on Thursday, 15:15 - 17:15,
block diagram.
Posters of all sessions are presented during an dedicated poster session.
During the dedicated poster session, the author of a poster stands next to his/her poster and
addresses session attendants that walk around. Discussion and interaction
between authors and attendants is emphasised during the poster session.
Authors are encouraged to present their poster during the dedicated poster session on Tuesday and/or Thursday.
Interactive poster presentations
Authors of a poster are invited to apply for an interactive poster presentation of their poster during
the dedicated poster sessions on Tuesday 19/11 and Thursday 21/11. A screen is provided to which you
can attach your own computer (cables will be foreseen).
We have 4 30' time slots on Tuesday and Thursday: 15:15-15:45, 15:45-16:15, 16:15-16:45 and 16:45-17:15.
We can accommodate 6 presenters for each time slot. You can sign up only once, for 1 time slot. First come, first served.
- The list of interactive posters will be announced online.
- Please note we are anticipating these presentations will require interaction and not a "standalone" slide show.
- If you have an interactive poster, you can choose not to put up a printed poster.
If this is the case, email the LOC
to tell them that you don't need a poster board.
Registered interactive poster presentations
Note that when you subscribe for an interactive poster presentation, your submission doesn't appear automatically online.
The screen size is 42 inches with a ratio of 16:9 and a resolution of 1920x1080.
