Business networking

Business networking is one of the important aspects of ESWW. Therefore, the LOC took care that there are several business networking opportunities for the participants.

Open Working Space
In the hall of the venue, just next to the entrance and LOC table chairs and desks will be setup as an open working & meet area.

Business Meetings
The European Space Weather Week is also the place to organize private Business Meetings. ESWW LOC can provide a meeting room in hotel International during the ESWW2022 (Monday-Friday) or at the Venue (Friday afternoon only). LOC can provide a meeting room (where ESWW special rates are organized), projection material, lunch or coffee if needed.

The organizers invite participants to their business meeting and are asked to cover rental expenses of the room as well as lunch/coffee. These Business Meetings will not appear in the published program. Preferentially, business meetings don't overlap with the sessions. Rooms are allocated upon availability.

Restaurant & cafes
There is a restaurant on the top floor of the venue and several cafes in its immediate vicinity where participants can meet and discuss in a less formal ambient.
