What: organized observation of partial solar eclipse (Obi-Wan Kenobi: 'May the weather be with us.')

Public talk WHEN THE SUN DISAPPEARS

What: Petra Vanlommel from the Solar-Terrestrial Centre of Excellence (STCE) will give a public outreach talk about the solar eclipse, open to all participants and especially to the general public

Where: Bar ‘Hard place’, on a map. (place reserved for ESWW2022 participants only, name tag mandatory)
When: Tuesday 25.10. 19:00 – 01:00
What: we got you a place to hang out, it has a stage, some basic instruments and DJ Manuela Temmer to entertain you when you are not performing yourself. Drinks are on you.

Aurora Exhibition
Where: Poster hall of the Venue
When: photos will be displayed throughout the week; Wednesday 26.10. 18:00 – 19:00 (during fair) the author, Virgil will present his work in-person (after the elevator talks of Observation Forum)
What: Virgil Reglioni is an award-winning auroral photographer, who is collaborating with ESA, to help the Agency reach wider audiences and the media, in their goal to make connections between solar activity and life on Earth, most recognizably the aurora. The exhibition is supported by ESA Communication.
